Sample mail piece required with each order. Payment due 30 days from mail date. All reuses under 5,000 names will be subject to a $75/F fee, in addition to any rental fees incurred. Order cancellations must be received in writing prior to merge. Orders cancelled before merge date include the following fees: $100/F plus processing* and shipping charges. No cancellations or cutbacks allowed post-merge. 20% commission on base rate to authorized brokers. Please allow 3-5 business days to process an order. Any order received at ALC is subject to a $100/F cancellation fee. State and local sales tax will apply where applicable.
