*List Owner requires a signed LRA on file from every mailer (signed by the mailer).  The LRA is valid for 12 months.
*The list owner will only allow deductions for Intra & Panders.  Mailers will be re-billed for any open balances as a result of short payment due to other deductions.
*Cancellations must be received in writing prior to merge - no cancellations or cutbacks allowed post merge. Charges are: $100/F + selects + applicable RC's + processing / shipping fees.

All reuses under 5,000 names will be subject to a $75/F fee, in addition to any rental fees incurred. Order cancellations must be received in writing prior to merge. Orders cancelled before merge date include the following fees: $100/F plus processing* and shipping charges. No cancellations or cutbacks allowed post-merge. 20% commission on base rate to authorized brokers. Please allow 3-5 business days to process an order. Any order received at ALC is subject to a $100/F cancellation fee. State and local sales tax will apply where applicable.
